A lovely vintage (1980's) Porthmadog Pottery glazed studio bowl / dish. Square in basic shape with concaved sides and corners giving a blunt star look. Vivid blue decoration with a high gloss varnish to the inner and outer surfaces. Unglazed base with pottery stamp applied.
Excellent condition throughout with no signs of impact cracks or chips evident. Hint of roughness to the glaze surface to the inner corners. Some crackling to the glaze seen under strong light.
