A very nice study pottery posy / bud vase from the Leach Pottery, St Ives. Impressed with the Leach Pottery stamp along with 'ENGLAND'. Decorated with a series of 4 star shapes in brown against a light blue/green ground. Material looks to be made in porcelain. Very good condition with no chips or cracks evident. Small glazing blip to inner rim of mouth - see photographs.
