A nice example of a classic design teapot from the Shepherds Well Pottery by Simon Eeles. Decorated in light shades of red and green in a floral abstract manner. Body of the teapot is coloured in grey / blue.
The condition is very good used. No cracks evident. A single chip / indentation to the inner rim of the opening. Couple of small areas of colour loss to the outer rim of the pot opening. A black line runs around half the circumference of the foot/pot intersection. See photographs for clarity. None of these attributes take away from the overall good display of the piece.
Makers mark to the base 'SE'.
