A Large Studio Pottery Vase By Eddie Goodall For Purbeck Pottery

Title – Vintage Eddie Goodall Studio Pottery Vase.

A lovely studio vase by Eddie Goodall for the Purbeck Pottery. Decorated in a grey and graduated brown/green. Relatively large in an baluster form. Very good condition with no chips or cracks evident. Impressed 'EG' to the base.

Height: 27.0cm.

Diameter of the body – 16.0cm.

Diameter of the mouth – 8.0cm. 

Diameter of the base - 11.2g

Weight: 1727g.

Condition:

Very good condition free of chips, cracks, repairs or restoration. Age appropriate wear, scuffs, and markings to the base. See photographs for a full assessment of the decoration consistency.

Marks and backstamps:

Impressed 'E' inside a 'G' mark to the base. Dates the piece to approximately 1971-74.

Packing:

All items are packed carefully to withstand the rigours of shipping. We use, as a standard, Royal Mail but will change in response to reported service issues or strikes etc. Please see my feedback comments regarding quality of packaging and contact me if you have any specific shipping requirements. We do use recycled packaging on occasion, boxes and bubble-wrap for example.

Delivery time:

All items are normally posted within two days of payment, usually the following morning. Prices quoted are for Royal Mail 2nd Class economy delivery (3-5 working days). Where items require a higher level of insurance RM 48 Tracked service will be used.
