Combined postage for multiple items:

Where possible, we always try to combine multiple items, if safe to do so. Please contact us prior to paying for a post and packing quote. Local pick up is always available.

Packing:

All items are packed carefully to withstand the rigours of shipping. We use, as a standard, Royal Mail but will change in response to reported service issues or strikes etc. Please see my feedback comments regarding quality of packaging and contact me if you have any specific shipping requirements. We do use recycled packaging on occasion, boxes and bubble-wrap for example.

Delivery time:

All items are normally posted within two days of payment, usually the following morning. Prices quoted are for Royal Mail 2nd Class economy delivery (3-5 working days). Where items require a higher level of insurance RM 48 Tracked service will be used.

International Postage:

We use the International eBay global shipping tool for all international shipping.

We try hard to be accurate when describing the items - please study the description and photographs carefully and don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. All sizes are approximate. All of my items are classed as used - they may therefore show signs of minimal wear.  Any more significant defects will be mentioned in the Condition Statement.

Brothers K is a small independent retailer of studio Art Glass and Pottery. All items are thoroughly researched and all attributions are based on items makers marks, style, quality, execution, form and decoration (glazes etc.). If we are unsure of an items authenticity then a named maker or manufacturer will not be asserted. We are human so do not always get things 100% right, but act on all feedback and advise received.
